Santam’s Motor Claims (South Region: Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape and Free State) has a position available for a Motor Claims Service Consultant - Abuntex, that will be based in Johannesburg (Hill on Empire).
WHAT WILL YOU DO?The purpose of this position is to process all the allocated Motor Claims and make them ready for an assessor to be appointed. The CSC will be responsible for all queries on the claim. This will include communication with the client, Intermediary and or Service Provider.
