About the Role
You will drive growth of the Motorcycle insurance portfolio by acquiring new partners, developing business opportunities, and closing deals. This role combines business development, underwriting understanding, account onboarding, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, pitch, negotiate, and close new Motorcycle partners, channels, and programs
- Develop business plans and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence
- Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and ensure complete onboarding requirements
- Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns and partner support
- Facilitate partner training/orientation
- Ensure smooth turnover of new accounts to Servicing
- Participate in planning, metrics reporting, and team development activities
