Overview
Nickel City Motors is hiring a Motorsports Technician to join our growing service team in Thompson. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles including ATVs, snowmobiles, and side‑by‑side.
If you have strong mechanical skills and experience with small engines or powersports equipment, this is a high‑demand, steady role with year‑round work.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tune‑ups, seasonal service)
- Service ATVs, snowmobiles, UTVs, and small engines
- Complete engine repairs, clutches, suspension, and driveline work
- Install accessories and performance upgrades
- Perform pre‑delivery inspections (PDI)
- Keep accurate service records and work orders
