Mould Repair Technician
Location: Lanseria plant
Programme Duration: 12 Months
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate conventional milling machine, grinding machine, lathe.
- Perform repairs and planned maintenance on moulds as per quality system requirements.
- Assure that the quality of the parts being moulded meet part specifications including part drawing, and cosmetic specification.
- Follow all safety requirements and ensure all safety devises in mould room are operational. Shut down, lock out equipment and inform supervisor if safety device is found defective.
- Tracking all mould maintenance schedules relevant to PM’s
- Using crane and rigging equipment.
- Striping any type of hot runner elements, thermocouples. According to hot runner specifications.
