Movement Programming Manager

The Movement Programming Manager leads the creative and quality direction of Yoga Movement's class offering across all brands. This role owns our offerings - new class styles, program concepts, internal training content, YM Academy and the standard of what great teaching looks and feels like at Yoga Movement. Working in close partnership with the Program Performance Manager, the Movement Programming Manager ensures that creative decisions are grounded in what the business needs to grow - and that performance insights feed back into better programming. They also work directly with Teacher Managers leads to maintain technical depth and teaching excellence across all modalities. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks in movement, leads with vision, and can translate creative instinct into a structured, executable program. Key Responsibilities:
