BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is looking for an eHW Engineering Supervisor to join our San Luis Potosi MPEC Technical Center. The role involves overseeing power electronics and electrical hardware architecture engineering to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Technical oversight of power electronics, electrical hardware architecture engineers.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate efforts of the power electronics team to meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Help deliver design work products and launch final product.
- Manage and prioritize the team's workload and related resources.
- Maintain visibility of workload to engineering organization.
- Review career plan during Engineering Development Cycle Processes.
