Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical accounting compliance and financial and operational internal controls to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.
- Possess in‑depth knowledge of best practices and understand how the area integrates with others, and have working knowledge of competitor differentiation factors.
- Manage a team of 20 employees directly and indirectly across organizational shops, ensuring each shop has controllership oversight.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent to build a high‑performing organization.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting for US GAAP and statutory requirements across the MRO international network.
- Apply general accounting and policies, and oversee process administration for all cycles (inventory, revenue recognition, receivables, payables, intercompany, etc.).
