Job Description
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
Execute Bus fleet sales strategies & plan to ensure AOP Target Achievement
**-** Involves in development and deployment of a monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan in line with approved sales strategies, to accomplish targets.
-Cooperate with cross-function team to achieve sales target, improve internal co-working efficiency.
-Develop and build direct relationship with the senior leadership of Fleet/Distributor/OEM accounts in order to increase Goodyear brand awareness, promote Goodyear products, and develop profitable business relationships to gain more market shares.
New business development
**-** Focus on targeted bus OEMs and fleets and frequent visit them with highly efficiency and make the breakthrough with new customer/month.
-Focus on the new distributor development for the area that current distributor could not to cover.
