Be part of the diagnostic imaging team at Wetaskiwin Hospital & Care Center as a Medical Radiation Technologist I, focusing on General Radiography and Fluoroscopy. Your expertise will support patient health.
This casual/relief role requires you to perform various radiological examinations while ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will interpret the requisitions from Physicians, prepare patients for imaging tests, and generate high-quality images for diagnosis. Additionally, you will assist with the maintenance of imaging equipment and perform mobile and surgical suite examinations when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct imaging examinations including fluoroscopy and CT
• Prepare and assess patients for radiological procedures
• Produce diagnostic images of excellent quality
• Maintain and care for imaging equipment
• Execute mobile and surgical suite examinations as required
