About the Role
We are looking for a Remote NOC Security Engineer (L2) to provide second-line support for enterprise security devices. This role focuses on , remote troubleshooting, and incident resolution—not SOC threat monitoring. You will ensure the stability, health, and availability of firewalls, VPN gateways, and other security appliances while meeting strict SLA requirements.
