The Strategic Planning (SP) team is looking for a passionate officer to be part of a dynamic team to chart the way forward for the tourism sector. You will be part of a team that will identify opportunities, risks, and formulate mid‑to‑long‑term strategies to define the next phase of tourism growth as part of our Tourism 2040 (T2040) roadmap. SP drives the direction and partners with internal business units to develop major moves to shape the future of Singapore’s tourism industry. SP also monitors global tourism trends (e.g., connectivity, geopolitical shifts) and prepares for shocks like pandemics, geopolitical changes.

Work with Government agencies (MTI, MND/URA) and STB’s Analytics and Insights (A&I) team to analyse our past tourism performance and conduct both near and long‑term projections of our tourism performance, taking into account resource and manpower constraints.
