Delaney Computer Services (DCS) is seeking an experienced MSP Support Technician to join our growing team.
This is a hybrid role that combines in-office support, remote troubleshooting, project work, and onsite client visits. Most of your time will be spent working from our Mahwah office supporting clients remotely, but you will also travel to client locations when hands-on assistance, deployments, projects, or infrastructure work is required.
We are looking for someone with real-world IT experience who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of issues from start to finish. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting users, troubleshooting complex technical problems, communicating directly with clients, and making informed decisions without requiring constant supervision.
At DCS, no two days are the same.
