Job Description
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Experience in employee and performance management - Proven background in leading large, diverse teams - Expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas, with a strong track record in fast-paced logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and extract and analyze data effectively - Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros) - Flexibility to work varying schedules, shifts, and areas, including weekends, nights, and holidays - Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English - Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to visit SCPs in your region
