Have you got the right tools for the job? Platform Property Care has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-skill carpenter based in Bromyard, Ledbury and Malvern to join our busy Responsive Repairs and Voids team and help us maintain and improve our homes.
What could you be doing?
You will be ensuring our customer's homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard. You will be an experienced multi-skill trades carpenter who can carry out a range of maintenance works such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, wall tiling, flooring and decoration, including major works.
You will work closely with the Localities Area Manager in this area to manage jobs from inspection, through carrying out the works independently and post inspection once works are completed.
