As the HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Undertake inspection, maintenance, fault finding, and repair across domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical building services installations.
* Carry out maintenance and remedial works on plumbing systems, pumps, AHU, heating &ventilation, expansion vessels, hot water systems, drainage, sanitaryware, HVAC plant, and associated services....
