Job Description
Required Experience
- Plumbing installation and repair
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Air conditioning (AC), HVAC servicing, repair, and maintenance
- Painting and wall repair works
- General handyman and maintenance works
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Installation and repair of fixtures and fittings
- Basic carpentry and gypsum work (advantage)
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to identify problems and provide quick solutions
- Understanding of safety procedures and proper work practices
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily maintenance and repair tasks for residential, commercial, and office properties.
- Diagnose faults and repair plumbing, electrical, and AC systems.
- Conduct AC servicing, cleaning, troubleshooting, and gas checking.
- Perform painting touch-ups, wall repair, and finishing works.
