Salary up to £39,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card
hours per week (8-5 Monday - Friday)

Day to day duties
Carrying out reactive repairs in unoccupied properties
Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows / doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units, fitting new bathrooms general plumbing repairs, painting and decorating, plastering etc
