At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 


Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber to join their team for a a 12 week temp to perm contract working on social housing in Birmingham. The successful Multi-Trade Plumber will have experience working on both reactive and planned maintenance and will carry out repairs and maintenance tasks on Social Housing properties.


The pay rate for this role is £22-23PH CIS and the role comes with a van and fuel card.


This role is a 12 week temp to perm role and the permanent salary will be up to £33,600 per annum.


Duties and responsibilities:
