Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultations & Sales: Engage with clients to assess their estate planning needs, conduct telephonic consultations, provide transparent quotes, and meet individual sales targets.
- Cross-Selling: Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our client’s short- and long-term financial solution portfolios.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term client trust, promptly resolve queries, and maintain meticulous records within the CRM system.
