Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
Rate: £180 per day CIS (using own van) + mileage contribution
A well-established property maintenance company responsible for the repairs and upkeep of social housing properties is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join their responsive maintenance team.
You will be working across occupied domestic properties and void properties, delivering damp and mould treatments, remedial repairs, and associated multi-trade works. This is a long-term, ongoing contract.
Responsibilities of a Damp & Mould Operative / Multi Trader
Carry out damp and mould remediation works including wash-downs, treatments, sealant application, and preventative measures
Undertake associated repairs such as patch plastering, painting, basic carpentry, and ventilation improvements
