Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance
Location: Merton, Sutton, Croydon & Kingston
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for 2 Multi Trade Operatives to join a busy responsive repairs and maintenance team working across social housing properties throughout the London Boroughs of Merton, Sutton, Croydon and Kingston.
We are specifically looking for operatives with strong Plumbing and Carpentry experience. Experience working with UPVC doors and windows would be highly advantageous.

- Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
