Job Purpose
We are seeking a Multi—Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated maintenance team on a prestigious holiday home estate. This is a varied and hands‑on role offering stable, full‑time hours and the chance to work in a stunning setting surrounded by nature. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various trades including basic plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance.
Contract Type
Full time 5/7 days to include weekends on a rota basis, with rota‑based weekend working.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the estate
- Reporting back to managers and coordinators with updates on ongoing jobs/projects
- Liaison with customers as required
- Performing general property repairs
- Ensuring the highest standard of presentation and safety across all properties
