Multi Trader – South London – Covering Merton, Sutton, Croydon & Kingston – £24 per hour – Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day
We are currently looking for 2 experienced Plumber / Carpenter Multi Traders to join a busy residential maintenance contract covering South London. The role will mainly involve plumbing and carpentry works across occupied and void properties, carrying out responsive repairs, maintenance works, void refurbishments, and property MOTs. Candidates with experience fitting or repairing UPVC doors and windows would be highly beneficial. This is long‑term, steady work with consistent hours available.
Role
- Carrying out day‑to‑day plumbing and carpentry repairs within residential properties
- Working on responsive repairs, void works, and planned maintenance
- General multi‑trade duties including patch repairs, tiling, painting & decorating, and basic maintenance works
