In this role, you will assist customers with technical issues related to Bloomberg Terminal software and network connectivity. A minimum of 3 years experience in technical support is required, along with strong skills in multitasking and communication. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and experience with network technologies and PC hardware is preferred. This position may require occasional evening and weekend work.
