ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create visual content for employer branding, campaigns, and thought leadership and industry events
What They Will Do
- Design social media posts and simple marketing materials
- Create or support creation of basic video content (reels, event highlights)
- Adapt visuals into different formats and sizes
- Support shoots and events (photo/video assistance)
- Organize and manage content files
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Familiar with social media content formats and trends
- Good eye for layout and visuals
- Open to feedback and willing to improve
