Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer

Department: Technical Services / Facilities Management
Reports To: Technical Services Manager
Role Summary:
The Multi-Skilled Engineer is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and reliability of critical environments, including data centres, call centres, and trading floors. This includes responding to maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing power systems, and providing emergency support while maintaining adherence to SLA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
React promptly to breakdown and maintenance requests within required SLA timelines.
Perform repairs on modular UPS systems and other critical power infrastructure.
Test, monitor, and diagnose power quality issues, including harmonic distortion, using on-site analyzers.
Maintain operational awareness of computer room, call centre, and trading floor infrastructure, including power, UPS, CPS, distri...
