About the Role
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with a resilient, efficient, and agile infrastructure. We manage the majority of the bank’s operational processes and partner closely with business teams across multiple banking delivery channels.
We are looking for an experienced Murex Front Office L2 Support Analyst to provide critical production support for Front Office, Back Office, and Finance users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day L2 production support for Murex users across Front Office, Back Office, and Finance
Take ownership of high-severity incidents , driving issues through to closure
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless support
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and propose long-term, preventive solutions
