Purpose of the Job
To provide inspiring, creative, and dynamic classes that instill a love of performance and the tools for students to develop their skills and technique. The role involves creating class plans, developing the full‑year plan with the MT department, assisting with LAMDA exam sessions, managing musical theatre productions, arranging competition pieces, and continually building on the department’s achievements.
Key Accountabilities
- Confidence and experience in working with students on script work, stage direction, stagecraft/movement, and performance.
