Position Summary
Design target & support schemes for Field Force to achieve Sell-out with effectiveness of planning, execution and investment.Drive flawless execution of Field Force operation across retail touchpoints to support sell-out and launch/relaunch.
Identify opportunities of improving Field Force productivity and sell-out growth through Insight-to Action analyses.
Role and Responsibilities
Retail Planning
Develop & execute GTM plans in retail environments to support launch/relaunches.
Lead channel-support across functions in driving sell out through retail projects
Set up & monitor execution KPIs (Distribution, OOS, WOS, PS productivity…) to ensure Field Force effectiveness
Review the execution compliance and action planning.
Responsible for retail budget planning, ROI analysis to ensure effectiveness of investment.
