- Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
- Handle revisions of communications, notifications and facilitate postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
- Supervise a small team of support staff.
- Delegate and supervise straightforward tasks.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, discipline, performance evaluations, promotion, compensation adjustments and termination.
- Create and monitor appropriate metrics for the managed team.
