Process Engineer
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience
- Problem solving skills
- Statistical knowledge (e.g., DOE, ANOVA)
- Black Belt or Green Belt preferred
- Equipment experience (Printer Machine, Oven Profiler, AOI, SPI)
- Knowledge of DFM, VALOR, CAD, AEGIS, CAMCAD, PCB Investigation, etc.
- Stencil design and solder paste specification knowledge
- Knowledge of PCB finished & components composition
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
- Interface with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
- Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
