Job Description
The role is designed to give the intern practical workplace experience towards completion of a National Diploma, while supporting project documentation, maintenance records, scheduling, tracking and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining accurate project and maintenance records, files, registers and reports.
- Capture and update data on spreadsheets, trackers, maintenance schedules and project progress reports.
- Support the coordination of planned maintenance activities, inspections, contractor visits and project meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, record action items and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Assist with purchase requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoice documentation.
- Liaise professionally with internal departments, suppliers, contractors and service providers when required.
