Become a vital part of Pearson VUE's testing team in Nanaimo, BC as a Temporary part-time Test Administrator. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless testing experiences amid a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the testing process. Here, your responsibilities include checking in candidates, verifying their identification, and ensuring adherence to testing protocols. You will also address technical issues that arise during exams and maintain cleanliness in the testing area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to rigorous testing procedures and standards
• Verify candidate identity and explain testing format
• Supervise candidates during the exam
• Resolve any technical difficulties with support staff
• Perform light cleaning duties post-examination
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Customer service experience of at least 1 year
