Summary As an Analyst, you will evaluate and process applications by national banks, federal savings associations, federal branches and agencies. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to financial institutions as well as OCC management and staff across various business units on a wide range of CO&S matters. This position is located in the Chartering, Organization and Structure business unit within the following locations: Chicago, IL Dallas, TX Denver, CO New York, NY Washington, DC Responsibilities As an Analyst, you will: Review, analyze, and evaluate filings for completeness and compliance with applicable banking laws, regulations, policies and procedures and precedents. Perform financial analysis to determine the proposal's impact on the bank's condition and future viability, including an assessment of a proposal's impact on safety and soundness.
