1. Brand Education & Mentoring
•Develop and execute a Martell education programme with to-B and to-C faces to ensure efficient recruitment for Martell and cognac
•Inspire and educate in-market sales team on the brand to generate interest and a robust understanding of qualities/characteristic/heritage.
•Execute a mentoring programme with key trade customers
•Identify and conduct tastings/education for target groups of consumers / opinion leaders.
•Working with the local sales and marketing teams, identify potential sales, collaborated IP/Brand or other engagement touchpoints, for further development.
