Key purpose:
To build a successful Franchise Company in the Courier Express Parcel industry by developing a network of franchisees for the RSA domestic market, Africa and Internationally.
Duties and responsibilities: To develop a franchise model that can be contained in a prospectus that offers sufficient opportunity and support value to be attractive to potential buyers. This should include Value Added Support Services, commercial models as well as operational and brand standards. To develop a User-Friendly International offering to be sold through the Franchises. Finalize Master Franchise Agreements at appropriate levels including regional, courier and agency. To successfully open Franchisees according to targets set by the VAS Executive which includes sourcing appropriate buyers that provide long term chances of success.
