JOB DESCRIPTION
Drive sales growth (volume & value) and profitability across Modern Trade Independent (MTI) channels.Manage key MTI accounts such as Hari-Hari, Naga, Tip Top, and other major independent MT customers.Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans, including new product launches, promotions, in-store visibility, and trade engagement programs.Lead portfolio optimization (SKU/channel/area mix) to maximize value creation.Own full P&L responsibility across assigned MTI accounts.Manage D&A ...
