Job Description
Securiguard is hiring for a full‑time Security Operations Center Supervisor . The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the National Operations Support Center (NOSC) , ensuring that all communications, monitoring, and support functions are performed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, lateral thinking and a deep understanding of security operations and technology.
What Would You Do
- Provide daily leadership, coaching, and performance support to all NOSC Operators.
- Oversee all NOSC activities, including system monitoring, alarm verification, incident coordination, and response escalation.
- Maintain continuous situational awareness of security events, technology alerts, and operational issues.
