HR Operations
- Establish, plan and implement day-to-day HR strategy based on established company strategy.
- Ensuring updated and accurate personnel records on Sage database for the extraction of relevant reports.
- Liaising with the medical aid society, provident fund, WCA and department of labour (UIF).
- Represent the company at CCMA hearings.
- Implement and assist management with the Performance Management of their staff
- Assist management with managing the company/union relationship.
- Responsible for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
- Ensure training is carried out according to procedure and the Skills Dev legislation.
- Establish annual Training Needs Analysis through the annual evaluation procedure.
- Ensure cost effective use of training funds.
