Minimum Qualification:
A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.Must be eligible for National Service as per the NSS guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.Provide information about the hotel’s services and local attractions.Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
