Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Derivatives Accounting & Reporting:
- Prepare and review financial reports related to equity derivatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate information to accounting team for all derivative transactions in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, etc.).
- Reconcile derivative positions and ensure the integrity of data in financial statements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as CFO, CRO, CCO offices
- Issuance and Compliance:
- Managing issuance Process of Structured Product (NCDs) as per provision of company law and RBI regulations and handling relationship with all stakeholders such as Trustee , RTA, Compliance team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (RBI, Stock Exchanges etc.)
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
