What you will do
Review and approve NDE procedures to ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory requirements.Qualify and audit NDE operators and service providers to ensure competence and consistent performance.Support the development and implementation of inspection quality, and mechanical integrity systems and programs at sites.Lead the planning and execution of advanced NDE jobs. Provide expert interpretation of inspection results. Provide integrated analysis support with fracture mechanics experts.Support failure investigations and root cause analysis by providing NDE expertise.Work with sites and projects in NDE technique selection and implementation including: Developing detailed technical requirements of the purchase specification. Act as Engineering interface and review Request for Quotation (RFQ) as needed by sites or projects.
