Responsibilities
- Execute NDF and NDS transactions with bank’s counterparties (for the clients, interbank, or brokers)
- Quote competitive bid-offer prices based on market movements and liquidity conditions
- Analyze macro-economic indicators, deliverables markets and related deliverable pairs
- Identify arbitrage or relative value opportunities between deliverable and non- deliverable markets
- Manage and hedge FX, interest rate, and liquidity risks associated with NDF/NDS positions
- Keeps abreast of market developments and BSP rules that affects market movement or sentiment and regulatory actions
- Attends seminars, briefings, talks to enhance trading knowledge and competency; and perform other duties that may be assigned by the Non-Linear Trading Desk Head
- To uphold the Professional and Ethical standards of the Bank and the BAP-Code of Ethics.
