Job Summary
This position manages the Non-Destructive Test (NDT) areas and personnel. The primary focus for this position is to ensure high quality inspections are achieved to support production schedule; to share NDT knowledge, experience, and mentor the NDT personnel; to ensure a healthy and safe work environment is maintained and perform the duties of the Responsible NDT Level III.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise all NDT personnel and report directly to the Director of Quality.
- Coordinate job assignments, distribute and prioritize inspection activities in all NDT operating areas.
- Ensure new hire training is provided, and continuous training is maintained for new certification to be recommended.
- Effectively evaluate quality of work for each NDT personnel.
