I'm looking for a skilled technician to give my computer a thorough clean and optimization. It runs slowly, has several startup programs I don’t recognize, and I’ve noticed some temporary files taking up space. I’d like a clean temporary files, uninstall unused apps, perform basic malware scan, update software, and optimize startup processes. Ideally, the technician explains changes in simple terms and ensures all important data is safe. Access to the device will be provided remotely or in-person at my home if needed, and I’d prefer a clear, written report of changes and recommendations for future maintenance.
