I’m looking for a skilled tailor to do some basic retouching on a dress I’ll wear to a family wedding. The hem needs shortening by about 2 inches, the zipper may need a quick check, and I’d like the seams refined near the waist. I prefer someone who uses discreet, high-quality stitching and can work with delicate fabrics like satin and lace. I’d appreciate an in-person visit at home or a convenient nearby location in Ireland, and I’d like an estimate before starting. Availability during weekday evenings or Saturdays would be ideal.
