Location: Halifax - Wilkinson, Canada
Thales seeks a candidate to be embedded with the Fleet Engineering Readiness (FER) section. The role serves as the liaison between coastal organizations for iterative development of the AOPV and JSS Fleet Service Schedules. In addition to schedule management, the role prioritizes deficiencies and their rectification schedules for all AJISS coastal platforms. The liaison represents Thales as a member of the AJISS Assignment Team (AAT) and is responsible for coordinating allocation, prioritization, disposition and reporting of deficiencies from notification through closeout. Reporting to the Team Services Manager, the role is responsible for tracking metrics that inform Service Delivery KPIs.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Liaise with RCN to ensure deficiencies reported by ship staff are legitimate and given appropriate repair priority.
