We are searching for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our neonatal intensive care APP team- someone who works well in a fast-paced - high stress setting. In this position, you will provide critical care to neonates within in our regional program. Seattle Childrens provides NICU services across the Pacific Northwest in 7 institutions, ranging from Level II-IV. Neonatal APPs provide medical services for neonates with acute and chronic conditions, including independent and interdependent responsibilities in the assessment, diagnosis, initiation of treatment, procedures, and evaluation of outcomes. The APP is involved in education, consultation, research, and evaluation of clinical practice at various NICUs.
