Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Neonatologist (MD/DO) to step into a Practice Medical Director role at Carilion Clinic Children's Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia, leading clinical excellence, quality initiatives, and academic advancement within a high-acuity Level IIIB NICU affiliated with Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.
Job Description:
- Provide clinical care in a Level IIIB NICU with 60 beds and ~625 annual admissions
- Serve as Practice Medical Director, overseeing clinical operations and provider performance
- Lead and implement quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Drive clinical innovation and program development within the neonatal service line
