Position Details:
  • Patient Population: Neonatal (Level III NICU)
  • Setting: Hospital-based NICU
  • Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive neonatal care, attend high-risk deliveries, manage critically ill newborns, collaborate with NNPs and MFM team, follow evidence-based clinical guidelines, participate in transports and NICU coverage
  • Required Procedures: Conventional ventilation, HFOV, neonatal resuscitation, high-risk newborn management
  • EMR System: Not specified
  • Support Staff: 24-hour in-house NNP coverage, strong NICU nursing team, pediatric subspecialty consult support, MFM services
